Fire Awareness Workshop
This workshop has been mapped against CQC standards, KSF Dimensions and is run by approved instructors in accordance with the Fire Protection Agency best practice guidelines.
Learning Outcomes
This workshop explores various aspects of fire safety and aims to provide candidates’ with a better understanding of how fire behaves and the threat it poses to themselves, their work colleagues and visitors. By the end of the workshop, learners will be able to identify UK facts, figures and trends of the spread of fire and hazards in the workplace. They will have an awareness of fire legislation, risk assessment, know what to do in the event of a fire and understand fire evacuation principles.
