This workshop has been mapped against CQC standards, KSF Dimensions and is run by approved instructors in accordance with best practice guidelines.
We provide expert training for directors, board members, managers and staff who need to understand the issues of raising concerns in the workplace. We offer specialist training on how to raise concerns, handle whistleblowing concerns, the law and practice of whistleblowing, and how to audit the effectiveness of whistleblowing arrangements. This course is designed as an introduction to whistleblowing and how to follow best practice, using presentations, discussion and group work. By the end of this workshop learners will have an understanding of what whistleblowing is, key policy messages, handling concerns and reviewing your organisations arrangements and the Public Interest Disclosure Act and the BSI Code of Practice.
